Thanks for visiting my blog! I assume you clicked here because, a) you're interested in saving money, b) you like free stuff, c) you're my friend in real life, or d) all of the above. Whatever the reason, I'm glad you're here. As mentioned in the description, this blog is a way for me to share information about deals that I come across and free offers that I notice around town. The specials may be limited to shops in and around Bloomington, Indiana, but you may also find some of the same deals at national retailers and restaurants.

What makes me qualified? I'm not sure. I've been a bargain shopper for as long as I can remember and I seem to be able to detect "sale" or "free" within a 50-mile radius. I have in no way reached the mega-saver status like Coupon Mom and Clark Howard, but I have my own tips and knowledge that work for me, so maybe they'll also work for you too. I probably won't save you hundreds of dollars a month, but hopefully I can help you get more for less, sometimes free.

Since this is a relatively new project, let me know what you think. Is there a certain item that you're looking for and you're not sure how to get the best deal? Do you have a major caffeine habit that's having a serious effect on your wallet? I'll do my best to give tips and advice on any purchase inquiries. If you come across a special that's too good to pass up, let me know about that too.
